Can I change or cancel my order?
All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order or combining orders .
Only order cancellations within 1 hour of order placement are guaranteed. Depending on how far along your order is, we may not be able to make the update in time, but we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours from submission confirming if the cancellation could be completed.
What if I Need to Change My Address?
If you need to change shipping instructions, please contact customer service ASAP.
Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Once our package leaves our warehouse, The Order Chef is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages
Shipping
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service HERE. (https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm) Due to privacy concerns The Order Chef cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. USPS will allow you to file a claim with your tracking number.

COVID-19 Note: You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams and our customers. Please allow our shipping team 1 - 3 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 6 business days.
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at support@theorderchef.com , so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives.
Domestic:
- USPS: First class 2-5 business days transit
- Priority Mail: 1-3 transit
- Priority 1 Day: 1-2 day transit
